- Answer According to the back of the card: "Once activated at the register, the PIN number associated with this card is valid for 1 year from date of purchase, after which time you will forfeit the entire value of this one-time-use card." So, the card expires 1 year after purchase.

QuestionI have service through cricket already, if I were to buy this phone could I keep my number and service plan I have with cricket? I pay monthly at cricket but do not buy prepaid cards for it. If possible I would like to stay on my same plan I already have?

- Answer You can stay with your plan. This is solely a refill card to use towards your existing service. If you were to buy a new phone, you can keep your existing Cricket service and phone number. Just make sure to ask for a SIM card swap - not a new phone number. You many not even have to use the new SIM card if your old one fits the new phone.

- Answer I had a $60 dollar plan myself. You have to go to cricket wireless website and select "change plan" select $30 plan. Then can use the $30 card. -If you mean can you use the $30 cards to add to a total of $60 on your account, yes. Not sure if Cricket charges to restart if service already ended( another prepaid provider I had used charged to restart)

- Answer No. The $30 card just adds to money balance available online. You have to select a "plan" on the website. Like a $30 dollar plan with set minutes/data

- Answer Yes. You have to have a plan active to use the phone. Your data should be minimal if only using wifi but will still be some usage on phone(not sure why)
