- Answer It does have a yogurt preset. It defaults temp to low and time to 8 hours. The time is adjustable but not temp.

- Answer No, there is no way to fry anything in this machine. Get yourself an air fryer, you'll LOVE IT. They are not terribly expensive, but they really do the job of frying without oil. The best Rib Eye steak I've ever had was done in my air fryer and it took 8 minutes.
