Doubt it will use as much. Being a pressure cooker far more efficient.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it’s rated at 1100-1200 watts. But since it cooks the food much much faster, it will use a lot less energy overall. You can use it as a slow cooker, but it also has the magic pressure cooking capability. It can completely cook artichokes in 20 minutes and beef stew in about the same time. There’s tons of recipes online so it’s a vast universe of ideas and it’s a really easy way to cook.
