- Answer There are no replacement gaskets. Buyer beware and crockpot gives the same answer when contacting them, it's still to new of a product for replacement parts. . I love mine, but regret buying it just for this reason.

- Answer Advertised as 6 QT (24 cups). However - it reaches Max volume allowed at 5 QT (20 cups).

QuestionAre the lid and inner pot dishwasher safe?

- Answer The inner pot is dishwasher safe but the lid is not. There is a cleaning setting on the CPE which can help with odors (like boiled eggs, garlic, etc) and the steam will also clean the lid. Once I open it after the cleaning cycle, I wipe the interior of the lid with a paper towel, remove the inner pot for further washing if needed or to dump the water/vinegar solution and place the lid crosswise on the CPE to finish air drying before storing. Hope that helps!

QuestionCan you use this to warm up food kinda like you would in the microwave ?

- Answer Not as fast as a microwave. The "quick cook" would be the pressure cooker feature, but it takes fifteen minutes to reach pressure before it starts cooking. And, for leftovers, it would quickly overcook them.

- Answer By the inventors of the 5 ounce cup, the container size is 6 quarts. But filled up the the maximum line labeled 2/3, it holds exactly 4 quarts - the maximum for all practical purposes.

QuestionI pressure cooked beef cubes for stew..I browned them first.I had them on low pressure for 25 minutes.When I opened the pot 3 inches of sauce had dissapated!I had to add water.Also, I had the valve open where the steam came out.Was that wrong?

- Answer This model is oval, unlike their other Crockpot Express, and no store seemed to have one to fit that was not, also, too small. So I used a cheap, round aluminum foil pan and shaped it to fit more inside the oval area. You can build up the sides with rolled foil if taller sides are needed.

QuestionI think the cooking pot is faulty, right after using it for a minute it will turn on error code E1. I turned it off, tried again, same problem. Tried it 3 times, same problem. I boxed it up and went back in. What do I have to do to get the cooker working
