“I received a Crosley CR6038-WA for Christmas. It worked great for a few weeks. The turntable will spin without a record, when I put a record on, it will not spin. How can I fix this? I really like the set, but now it is just decoration! HELP!”

• You must use the round felt spacer that comes with it. If you threw it away you can get one on Amazon.
