Hello Numn, Thank you for your interest in Crucial products. The main difference between the CRUCIAL X6 SE and the CRUCIAL X6 is that the CRUCIAL X6 SE comes with a USB C to USB-A adapter included in the box, which allows you to connect the portable SSD to any device with a USB-A port. The CTUSBCFUSBAMAD is the model number of the adapter. The CRUCIAL X6 does not include this adapter, so you would need to purchase it separately if you want to use it with a USB-A device. Both models have the same performance, capacity, durability and warranty. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The SE version is just apart of your computer or anything you use and thats what it has inside it. If you look up online if your storage is an SSD or HDD in your computer, meaning if you see that your computer HAS an SSD, this product will work for your computer, if not then you have a different hard drive storage unit.
