When do you use the silicone tray? null

When you don't want stuff to get all over your air fryer basket. For example, I used the silicone tray for chicken breasts and and it worked out great. If I didn't use it, it would have been a mess and hard to clean up.

Whenever I cook something in its own juices, e.g., pork or beef roast.

Have used it for air frying to save having to was the actual basket.

I think it’s pretty much useless. I called customer service and they didn’t have any idea what it was for either. They told me that I put the food in there to cook it to make cleanup easier but that does not make any sense because then your food just sits in the grease, since there are no holes at the bottom. I suppose you could use it to make french fries or some thing like that, that didn’t require fat to drain.
