Can you use the pressure cooker to fry chicken null

No, this pressure cooker cannot be used as a fryer.

No..but chicken can be browned first and then pressure cooked. You cannot use oil in a pressure cooker.

I have not and don’t believe you can.

i havent tried but i have cooked chicken drumsticks which you can brown and then cook. i also cooked a whole chicken which was moist and delicious

I have never fired chicken in my pressure cooker.
