I would think for longer times you should also go past and then adjust to the time needed. We usually do 2 sessions of cooking because we normally turn over whatever we are making or at least check on progress.
A:Answeryou can air fry 2 rib eyes in basket. look up instructions online based on your preferred done-ness. you flip the meat half way through. it doesn't get that charred but I will say, the meat is perfectly cooked to the same level of done-ness all the way through on the entire steak! I pop mine on the George forman grill after for some grill marks if I wanna get fancy.
A:AnswerThe way i make the toast is on the mesh over the tray so the crumbs dont fall into the oven. It toasts the bread really well. I suppose you can do it on the racks if you dont mind the clean up afterwards. Hope this helps.

A:AnswerI use dish detergent. After each use I remove the pan on the bottom and wipe it clean and return it to its place. Sometimes just a damp paper towel will do the job
