Q: QuestionWe've noticed that the lights on the single serve side of the until tend to flash a lot, even though we don't use it very much. Today, I tried to make a single serve, and the lights flash when I turn it on, and it will not brew. Help??

• A:Answer That happened to me and i started gently closing the lid of the coffee maker so that the needle pricks the k-cup slowly. When too much pressure is placed on the k-cup it tends to explode.

Q: QuestionSs15 series to use one cup side with my own coffee. I put 2 scoops of coffee into the filter then in the capsule and close. When l set the size cup and start it. As its dripping water is coming out on the side and coffee grounds are all in the coffe.

Q: QuestionExploding KCups So it has done it more than once, and with different kinds of Coffee kcups. It has been cleaned not sure what to do, but it explodes the Kcup and then really needs to be cleaned.

• A:Answer No. The water reservoir in the back of the machine is for the single serve. There is a separate reservoir for the carafe in the normal location for these style machines

Q: QuestionIt appears that the water is bypassing My k-cup as the grounds inside are not wet at all. 100% dry and fact. Holes are puncturing at top and bottom as is typical use. The water is also coming out cold. What is the fix?

• A:Answer Yes this is the auto off feature. You will see it goes from 1-4 The number means how many hours your pot will stay on and hot. I have mine on 4 as I drink a lot of coffee in morning. I had the problem at first I called cuisinart and they suggested unplugging the pot, do not turn off and on switch, then plug back in as it reset that feature now it stays nice and hot.

• A:Answer Mine does the same thing. Flaw in machine I think. Try pushing kcup down until it pops before closing lid. I will be changing brands on my next purchase.
