Clean the puncture needle on top of the lid that punctures the k-cup it’s probably plugged. Lift the lid and take the 4 screw out, this allows you to get that top plate down and exposes the top of the needle and the rubber hose then you can take it apart and clean it. Just be careful it’s sharp.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.go to the upper needle that punctures the k cup ... I took a paper clip and pushed the end of the paper clip up thru the hole where the upper needle is ... I pushed it up in the hole and moved it around a bit and it now works like a dream.... after that I ran 3 or 4 cups of plain water thru it perhaps to clean it a bit ... not sure of your situation, but this worked perfectly for me. Hope you get yours working too! It's really a great coffee maker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do not follow Best Buy instructions in removing the screws from the top. The machine simply needs to be cleaned thoroughly from all grinds and scale.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Simply take a paper clip like someone else suggested and stick the end up and swirl it around in the puncture needle. Works perfect now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Paper clip worked perfectly. Also cleaned the exit from the pod container. I had just descaled it so that wasn’t the problem. Thanks all!
