- Answer This is the second coffee maker that I change, me, when the k-cup is put on and I close when it seems to be okay, grid comes out from the sides of the k-cup and water, when I open the compartment I see that the grid It got out of the k-cup soiled all over the coffee displacement area ... I tried to do it by removing the rubber from the upper blade and it does the same, try with a different k-cup and nothing ... to the second coffee maker to change step same thing...

QuestionMy Cuisinart coffee maker with both the pot side and the Kcup side has stopped delivering a full 10 oz cup. I have cleaned it twice with vinegar and water solution, cleaned the needle with a paper clip, etc. Also unplugged it trying to give it a reboot

QuestionThe spring that hold the water in the reservoir tank before brewing on the k cup side is leaking. I do not want to replace a whole coffee pot because of that I have the side by side 12 cup brew and K-Cup option
