QuestionWhen I use the single serve side of the coffeemaker, a large amount of steam billows out of the device and I don’t get 10 ounces of coffee; I’m lucky to get 8, even though I always use the 10 ounce option. Is all of this steam that billows out normal?

- Answer Ours isn’t steaming but it won’t brew 10 oz either. It barely brews 8 oz when I press the 10 oz button

- Answer Follow the cleaning instructions in the manual. I just ran the the cleaning function today. You need to run the cleaning function more than once. I believe the manual says to run it several times until the add water blue light on the single serve side lights up. The tank will be close to empty by then. If there is any vinegar and water mixture left the manual says discard whatever is left. When I ran as instructed the red light goes out.

QuestionIf the Keep Warm timer is set for two hours and the warming ends after those two hours, can you reset the coffee maker to continue keeping the coffee warm?

- Answer I turn the knob to brew and press the brew button as if I'm starting a new pot and it will go through the process of thinking it's brewing but since there's no new water in the reservoir it will automatically switch to warm.

- Answer Have you tried different types of coffee? Like a different brand or flavor? This one time I was so sure I was tasting plastic, and thought it was the coffeemaker, until my son said “this kind of coffee leaves you an after taste like plastic”, so right then I tried with a different flavor, and indeed, it was only that specific flavor. Maybe is the same thing
