• A:Answer The pan that comes with it is 11.5" x 10. The interior measurement is 12 x 12 but I wouldn't recommend a pan that big otherwise you won't get the heat flowing around it.

• A:Answer Keep in mind that you have the handle sticking out up front and you need space behind it for the cord. At my house, it is 17" from the wall to the front of the handle.
