QuestionCan the volume be turned up? Can hardly hear the beep when something is done.

- Answer Yes you can. Press Airfryer and dual cook simultaneously for 3 seconds. The default 1 will appear. Use the selector dial to select number. 0 is off, 1 is low and 2 is high. Press the dial selector to save.

Question1. On bake - after the warmup is complete, does the regular baking take place or do you have to reset the program? 2. Is it ok to use aluminum foil to cover items.

- Answer Q1: baking takes place, you don't have to reset. Q2: I did but I don't think the User Manual approves of using foil.

- Answer You'll be lucky if it lasts that long. My first one lasted 9 months. My second one lasted 6 weeks.

QuestionWhen I select Pizza, it shows 450 and 8 min. Then, when I press start, it says preheat, and the time doesn’t count down. Is it waiting for preheat to end?

- Answer There's no way to determine how long the oven will take to PreHeat for any given selection. You'll have to stand by and wait for PreHeat to stop and then pop your pizza in and hope for the best.

- Answer There is a recipe for bread that comes with it. I have made it and it is delicious. I think you can make other yeast breads as well. They have to be shaped into a loaf.

- Answer I had same problem initially. Hit the dial, select air fry button, then you can spin to one of pre-selected items on list or if you press dial, temp will flash then you can spin to desired temp, press dial again then you can spin to desired time. Hope this helps

QuestionI air fried French fries in this. I then wanted to broil some hot dogs. I turned off the oven but could not set the control to broil. I had to wait until the oven cooled down until I could get the menu to come up with the broil function. Is this right

- Answer I have the same question as Liz. After I stop the current process the LCD main menu will not appear until the device cools down. The answer by Geoff makes no sense to me. Why can't I setup the next process until this device cools off?

- Answer Yes all three are included. This air fryer/toaster is very powerful. It cuts the cooking process shorter than typical with conventional oven. Be careful not to burn your food.
