Please try again later.If you want to regular deep fry anything it works fine, but you have to overfill the deep fryer if you want to cook a chicken in the rotisserie which is fine as long as you drain down to the max level before frying a turkey. The max level is set low because of the displacement of the turkey making the oil rise to half way up the rotisserie.
