I always make sure this sort of thing is plugged into a surge protector but if you need battery back up, for loss of electrical power, I got the Cyber Power Slim Line Battery Backup. I got the 750 v/375 w for about $45. Up to 355 minutes for a wifi router. Works well and it popped right on the other day when we had an outage (just a couple of minutes but worked as well as the $300 backup on husband's computer. I would highly recommend it.
