Yes, all three are 120 volts, but it's the total of the watts that counts. Plugged onto a battery, you only have 450 watts maximum. That would be charging a laptop, charging phones, led lights, etc. You could probably run a small tv. If it's attached to a battery, you can use more than when you plug it into a cigarette lighter or power point. Look at the wattage of the item you want to plug in.

I need an inverter to run the pump to inflate my queen sized mattress 20 inches high. It has an electrical cord I would like to plug into the lighter if possible. Thanks
