Try plugging the HDMI into the back of the graphics card. That is how I had to set mine up.

Please try again later.Theres a couple of hdmi ports in the back the hdmi port thats in the beginning of the plate did not work for me the one that did is the one thats below it you should see 4 ports horizontally together instead of vertically like all the other ports plug it into the first one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Standard HDMI cable should work fine. Try another HDMI cable or swapping the input, my 9 year old Samsung TV worked fine once the Radeon swapped down to 1080i output. You can also try a different HDMI input on the tv sometimes the port fails. (Make sure the computer is powered on too, most new tv’s won’t switch to an inactive input. Also be sure you are plugged into the HDMI out on the Radeon card. Should be in top left one in this picture.
