QuestionI just got the PC yesterday but I wanna upgrade the ram but the thing is I’m scared if the motherboard won’t be compatible with the ram I choose. So does anyone know the specific motherboard in this PC?

- Answer Hello yes, so I recently got my hands on this computer and the motherboard that I got was the asus b550m-a m-atx wifi motherboard. I'm sure most ram would work fine with the board. If it helps it also comes with a 8 gb team force Vulcan z 3200 mhz ram stick

QuestionHI, I dont know much about computers but i was wondering how well would this computer run valorant, fortnite, warzone, and minecraft? I want to get a good enough computer to run all these things well.

- Answer This computer can handle all of these games very well. I believe it can run most of these games on relatively high graphics settings. I recommend upgrading the ram from 8 gb to 16 as it will help to increase your performance and allow for more breathing room.

QuestionHi, i am planning to take this pc out of the us as a gift, does the power supply work on 240v powergrids (such as in Europe)????

- Answer The power supply unit is rated from 110-240V so it should work in Europe. You will have to purchase a new power cord to fit the receptacles in Europe and these are readily available. I suggest you buy the cord in Europe.

QuestionDoes it come with any of the hardware necessary for expansions? I want to add a bigger SSD for sure, does it have an unused power cable, SATA cable, and HDD/SSD mounting hardware?

- Answer Mine did Not come with SSD expansion hardware, CyberPower did say they are sending free of charge and helpful but does not help at this time...planned on adding the WD 1T SN750 SSD prior to power on.

QuestionHey, I just got this pc and I was wondering where I put the display port. I connected my HDMI in already and I can’t find a place to put in the display port. Do I have to buy a separate accessory or something in order to connect my hdmi and dp to monitor?

- Answer With all current PC's and Monitors/TVs it is straight HDMI to HDMI ports. You no longer have to worry about I/O ports, parallel ports or serial ports.

- Answer You will have to purchase external speakers. The PC comes with AUX jacks and you can also connect using USB if your speakers allow. I'm using headphones for now and plan on getting a sound bar later.
