Thanks for reaching out Aisling. You can replace any part inside the computer at any given point in time. Just make sure they are compatible with the motherboard. Please be aware that the warranty may only cover original parts that came with the computer. The extra bays and optical drive depend on the case. This case might not allow an internal optical drive. However, the case should allow for 2 SSDs and 2 HDDs altogether. The case is a Phanteks P350X.
