I had my computer lost by FedEx in shipping and despite having a mountain of e-mail evidence from FedEx about delays that proves that they didn't deliver when they claimed, BestBuy didn't even have a way for me to submit this evidence, and ultimately decided not to refund my money despite saying at first that they would. I had to file a police report and submit my evidence to my credit card company before I finally got my money clawed back, no thanks to BestBuy.

Please try again later.It is always better to go in the store and pick up the computer yourself, not only do you get to skip the waiting time on shipping, you can also be sure that the shipping company will not delay or damage your package. It is safer to go in the store and pick it up imo

Please try again later.We had it shipped but I don't recommend even though it was perfectly fine, FedEx (Best Buy's shipping company) has a chance of not coming to your house the first time and saying you were not there when you had your garage open, that's what happened to me.
