- Answer Yes, this model PC does include a built in wireless adapter. Best Buy's product page for this PC says "Wireless and wired network connectivity; Built-in high-speed wireless LAN connects to your network on the most common Wi-Fi standards. QuestionIs the os installed on the hdd or ssd? Is the system ready to go out of box if not how difficult is the setup?

- Answer Unfortunately no it only comes in white. I know, i wasn't thrilled about it either but it's not as bad as i thought it would be.

- Answer I just set this up at home yesterday and mine has built in WiFi. Picked up my wifi network name and seemed to log in just fine with the wifi password but I wired it into the network also.

QuestionWhat is the RAM capacity on these machines? As i read Mobo's are based on the Z270, but not sure which you will get, how do i know the maximum Ram it will support?

- Answer No, this computer does not come with WiFi built in to the machine. You need to buy a USB adaptor (or comparable) to use WIFI with this computer.

QuestionIs this a cheaper price because it is sold through bestbuy or something? I went to cyberpower so I could make a similar model that had a few extras like sound absorbing pads and stuff. Unless I was bad at making it I went above 2K price.

QuestionIs the case glossy(shiny) or matte? I feel like if its glossy it will look cheap and bad. Thanks!

- Answer The outside of the case is white. It's not ridiculously glossy, but I couldn't call it matte either. It definitely doesn't look or feel cheap in any way. The left side panel is made of glass instead of one of those plastic windows. Also, there's a button right on the front to change the LED's on the inside. The case itself is well made. It doesn't give me that feel of cheap material, but that's just my opinion. It feels and runs like a quality machine should.

QuestionLove this machine but hate the white. Can you buy a black case? If so is it hard to switch it out? I am not a gamer but looking for a fast computer for Photoshop and maybe Blender.

- Answer Yes you can buy it in black but its about 500 dollars more for the same specs so not really worth it. I have the glass side facing me so I never even notice what color the other sides are though.

QuestionHi, I bought this machine about a week ago and I started to play games like gta 5 but it only ran about high 50s to high 40s but on YouTube, people with the same specs and selected graphics settings are running it mid 70s to high 80s. How come?

- Answer The temperature your PC runs will vary depending on your settings and environment. Typically the cooler the temperatures the better. Also make sure you are reading the correct sensors. - Answer There is two fans on the liquid cooler and one on the front of the case. You could mount two on top of the tower and an other on the front. I did buy some filter mesh for the front because it didn't come with any.
