• How are you connecting the mic? USB? Make sure you plug it in the back seeing the front 2 are 3.0 USB (BLUE) and I know most headphones don't support that. Same with mine. Plugged it into the back and worked perfectly.

• Hey Beerpong, I'm using a Headphone Splitter for Computer 3.5mm Female to 2 Dual 3.5mm Male Headphone Mic Audio Y Splitter Cable Smartphone Headset to PC Adapter to connect the headphones to the PC. I can hear sound but the mic doesn't work. I also tried plugging in from the back side of the computer, and I get the same results. Are you using some sort of USB adapter to connect your headphones to PC? Can you share a link to it? Thanks in advance.
