“Headphone Jack on top of the computer isn’t working. I have it in all the way and the headphones work perfect but for some reason it isn’t putting any audio out? Any help?”

check your sound settings and make sure the audio port is correctly connected to the audio port. There is two ports, one for sound and one for microphone audio. Once youre sure theyre properly connected, go to your sound settings and select the "audio output" selection. It should list the audio port as one option, and from then your audio should work. If not, check the game youre playing. sometimes it will have a different setting than what you need.
