“How long did it take for CyberPower to ship out the PC? Currently I am waiting and its been already close to 2 weeks with it still saying preparing or packaging. I just want an estimate really. So I don't feel alone here lol”

I just received my computer today. It took me three weeks to get it. Three weeks to the day. Worth the wait but not knowing where it was at killed me. I had it shipped to the store and when I called the 1-800 number I got zero info. They did however give me $50 back on the PC for my wait. I thought that was nice but at that point I would have paid them to just give me my PC.

If you are buying it directly from CyberPowerPC you would receive an estimated time frame of how long it will take. If you bought the system from a third-party vendor they have the systems at their facilities. You will need to contact the third-party vendor that you purchased the system to figure out the logistics of your system.
