The RGB for the fans and AIO is wired to a controller with a few preset patterns that's controlled by the button on top of the case, next to the USB ports. There is no software control they way they're set up. If you have an ASUS MB, you can reroute them to the ARGB header and use Aura Sync in Armoury Crate. If the graphics card is an MSI, its RGB can be controlled by Mystic Light in Dragon Center. BTW, Dragon Center uses a bunch of temp files during its installation that often get blocked by antimalware software so make sure you temporarily disable your AV (especially if you have "protected folders" enabled in Bitdefender).

Model:SLC8400BST SKU:6428081 Mine came with the ASUS TUF MB and it has an addressable RBG header (3 pin). The Cooler Master CPU fan (behind the radiator, rear of PC) and the CPU topper only had a single female connector but all of the other fans have both a male and a female connector. (Do this at your own risk!!!) (Be sure to use the motherboard book to find the correct header - if you're motherboard supports it - they can vary on the same SKU as yours) I removed all of the fan cables from the small control board along with the one for the CPU Topper (on top of processor) and daisy chained them together in such a way to leave a single female plug open that could reach the Motherboard header (I used the left over male plug for the CPU Topper). I left the Cooler Master fan and the two RGB strips plugged into in little controller board and plugged the daisy chain into the motherboard. The case button still controls the strips and rear fan, Software controls the rest of the fans and the CPU topper as one item and the motherboard lights as another. This gives you 3 control points, two of which are software controlled. (4 if you count the RTX 3080 which is controlled by its own software) Note: I did have to move the original RGB control board so that the rear fan cable could reach it. I covered any exposed pins (from removing plugs) with electric tape, incase the board ever fell off of the two sided foam tape it was mounted with. Note 2: My RGB fans were single speed fans and still get their running power from the power supply, as originally wired, I only move the RGB plugs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My computer came with an Asus motherboard, so the Asus Armory Crate software was needed to manage RGB (AuraSync, as Asus calls it.) The AIO and fans are powered by a SATA port which always runs at 100% speed. There are cables/adapters out there so you can connect them and manage them using the motherboard, but my computer didn't have the necessary cabling to connect the fan controller to the ARGB out on the mobo to enable it to be software controlled.
