QuestionI'm interested in getting this PC, for those who bought this, how does this pc run PUBG on low settings? and would getting a second 8GB stick of ram help?

- Answer It will run PUBG great on low settings! I'm able to play on around medium-high custom settings with low shadows, but it might be different abs PUBG is a finicky game, but low settings should not be a problem! Another 8gb of ram wouldn't hurt, and it will probably give slight performance increase for PUBG

QuestionShould I get the Radeon RX 580 or the 460? Is the RX 580 really worth an extra 200$ charge? I'm new to PC's and I want a good PC, but I don't want to build one. So i want to purchase a pre-built one, what is the difference?

- Answer It depends what you want the computer for. Do you want to play games in high resolution graphics or are you more casual? What kind of monitor do you have? If you want a computer for gaming, get the 580. Even if you just get the 460 now and change your mind about gaming in the future, you could always purchase an upgrade.

QuestionThis says it's supposed to come with a mouse. However, I've taken everything out and there's no mouse, despite how the box looked quite snugly packed (like it had everything it was supposed to). Is there a weird place I need to look or is it just missing?

- Answer It should come with a mouse in the small black accessory box included with the pc on the top. It should be located with the manuals and cd disc.

QuestionWhen I receive this PC (If I choose to purchase it) will it have windows and all current drivers installed already or will I have to install all of it myself. Also is the 580 a standard AMD version or a third party version such as MSI

- Answer Yes sir, it will have them installed. For Windows, you just have to activate it, and there's the product key on the side. As for the drivers, they come preinstalled

QuestionWould I be able to install a 3.5 hard drive and a 2.5 ssd?

- Answer Yes, you can ad a HDD and an SSD. It will not void the warranty as long as you don't fry anything during installation. Make sure that you are grounded to a non-painted piece of metal.

QuestionWould this computer support a Hyper 212 evo. Seeing as it doesnt use the wraith spire cooler i want to upgrade.

- Answer This computer supports any normal addons or modifications but it might void the 1 year warranty.(Btw i believe the cooler it comes with is a minor upgrade to wraith and the wraith is almost as good as hyper 212 so i would not recommend it)

- Answer I'm going to be very completely honest with you, the computer is very powerful for it's price range, which should be the main concern here, I haven't had the opportunity to play games like Construction simulators or Truck simulators, but if this Desktop is able to run Grand Theft Auto: 5 at High settings, reaching above 70 FPS, and GTA being an over world game, I'm sure it can run any game you through at it with Medium to High settings without any problem. Long-story short, the computer is great for any game, I've played games like Call Of Duty, H1Z1, GTA5, and others and my experience has been quiet decent.

- Answer Try connecting hdmi cable to lower horizontal connection. Vertical connection will not work on it as noted by Geek Squad, not enabled. Correct placement is on horizontal connections. Hope this helps.

- Answer Our PC's do not include any cables for connecting to your display as those are typically included when purchasing a monitor. Please note that VGA cables and monitors will not be compatible with the AMD Radeon RX 580 graphics card. You will need either HDMI or Display Port cables to connect to the graphics card. - Answer It depends really on what you mean by running slow. If you mean like your every day use then upgrade you CPU or Processor. If you aren't getting amazing frames then upgrade your GPU or Graphics card. Also make sure your internet is adequate to be playing and make sure your using wired internet!

- Answer Thanks for reaching out Tony. The PC should of came with a 500 watt power supply unit. You can upgrade the PSU to something bigger if you want to. As for the next GPU for the AMD series, after the RX 580, they have moved to the Vega series. So your next step would be one of the RX Vega 56/64 series of GPU. There is a chance you may want to upgrade your CPU as well, just in case it would try to bottleneck your PC, but it is all based on your PC's compatibility.
