the card should have 4 ports; one HDMI and three DisplayPort ports. You're going to need to get a DisplayPort cable to connect a second monitor. If your second monitor doesn't have a DisplayPort output you're going to need to get an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter to use connect your monitor into one of the DisplayPort ports.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i also bought this PC and had the same issue. The GPU has other slots but there are plates on them that i cant seem to remove. Why in the world are those plates there to prevent me from plugging in my second monitor.

When plugging in multiple monitors to this system, please make sure all display cables are plugged directly into the graphics card located below the pink, green, and blue audio ports. The HDMI port above the audio ports will not work as the Ryzen processors do not include onboard graphics.
