“I just bought this yesterday. Where is the code for the free game?? Not in my email or on the bottom of my receipt. I was told it’s thru AMD rewards, but it also asks for a coupon code. Both customer service and instore have been no help to redeeming this”

This should be in an e-mail that is tied to the account you purchased this with. Just search your e-mail for "Best Buy" or "Redeem your AMD Rewards Ryzen Game Bundle" and it should show up around a few hour time frame after you bought the machine. The 3 month Game Pass code is in a similarly titled email. My emails came about 2 hours after purchase.
