Generally when you add a GPU, systems will disabled the motherboard's integrated video output. There may be an option in the BIOS to force it to be enabled. Keep in mind that it will not be any good for gaming if you can enable it. I use a DisplayPort cable for my primary monitor and the HDMI on the card my Oculus Rift. Can one of your monitors use DisplayPort to solve your problem, perhaps?

If you are trying to use multiple monitors, you will need to use the available ports on the video card. If you only have one HDMI port on your video card, you will need to get a cable or adapter to the other ports.
