• I was charged right away at first but it showed pending until it dropped off. I’m assuming it will charge fully once it ships.

• they have not shipped my item after giving me purolator tracking 6 days ago that has stopped at 'labre created', and purolator says they never got it/picked up.. i paid via paypal - and until yesterday it was pending - but today, it's actually charged on my credit card. And I have been told the missing $2200 phone that never tracked as having left their warehouse, cannot be escalated till 5 business days have passed. I will be buying direct from Samsung following my refund either through Paypal or Best Buy. Never shopping online here again.
