It is best to bring your own hardware kit as Best Buy may not have one for your specific dash cam. If, however, Best Buy does have a hardware kit for your dash cam then, yes, you can purchase it from them at the time of install (so long as it is in stock). I personally ordered all of my items (camera and accessories, including a hardware kit) far in advance of my installation date.
