QuestionI'm interested in one of the Definitive Soundbars. If I can live without the Chromecast and ARC, is there much disadvantage with buying an open box W Studio Micro over the Studio Slim ? I've read that they're otherwise nearly identical and far cheaper.

- Answer Hopefully the Studio Slim is improved over the W Studio Micro in more ways than mere ARC and Chromecast. I owned 2 different W Studio Micros and both had the same issue: a terrible popping sound and sometimes complete audio failure until power-cycled. It sounded incredible while it worked, but the issues were unacceptable. I later found many others that reported the same problem with the W Studio Micro, so I can't advise making that purchase.

Questionthe big speaker does not turn on it has no audio only the bar works ... please a suggestion

- Answer First check power to the subwoofer by checking the back of the unit. You will see a status light. Above that is the pair button. If the unit is receiving power, press the pairing button on the subwoofer. If you need further assistance, please call customer service 1-800-228-7148

QuestionDo I have to have internet to make this work and if not, how do I make this work? I bought this but do not have internet. Told the salesman we do not have internet. Won’t seem to work without internet.

- Answer You do not have to have internet. Try using the optical input. You can change inputs on the sound bar. You can also use the HDMI ARC input.

QuestionCan this be operated without a WiFi signal, once the initial setup is complete? ( For use in an RV) Why won’t it play via optical out (Toslink) from my DAC? I only get very short, intermittent bursts of music. (Cambridge Audio Dacmagic Plus @ 192kH)

QuestionMy Studio Slim Soundbar Does not turn on if i Shut it off for the night. Net morning i turn it on and have to wait 10 Minutes before Sound comes back on Almost every day this happens. Does the sounbar go into a sleep Mode. Please Help.

- Answer No, it is Play-Fi compatible, but does not work as an audio output for Alexa unless you count connecting an Echo Dot, Echo Input, or Echo Link to the 3.5mm TRS or TOSLINK connection. You may, however find it listed as an output in your Spotify account after connecting it via the Play-Fi app. Once connected to Wi-Fi, expect this thing to lose its connection pretty frequently.

- Answer Mine is hanging on two drywall screws. Is rather light. You don't need bracket, it has bolt holes on the back.

- Answer Yes, you can run this via your iPhone. A remote is included and it "learns" the functions of your TV remote as well. Great Soundbar!!!

- Answer Yes, it has an optical input. There are no mounting brackets, but there are keyhole slots on the back of the bar to hang it from screws.
