A:AnswerI had to go to Walmart and buy a separate HDMI cord because the one provided only hooks to a laptop. Once I got the additional cord and connected it to my desktop, the camera and microphone worked. Pretty annoying that it isn't included or explained. I had to do some YouTube and Googling to figure it out.
A:AnswerMicrophone is not very good. I have adjusted every setting possible and while on Teams or Zoom the participants can't hear me too well. I don't have that issue with my other devices. I haven't been able to find a solution for the low microphone volume yet.
