QuestionIs this an anti-glare or matt-finish monitor?

- Answer No, it is not anti-glare, but is low reflection. The gloss surface makes the colors look rich and adds to contrast. There are minimal issues with glare with this screen but if you are looking for a true anti-glare screen surface, this screen does not meet that criteria.

- Answer It surely is big enough to watch TV on, but there is no port for cable (RG6) hookup. The only way to watch TV would be hooking up your computer and streaming from there, or an HDMI converter with a digital multimedia receiver i.e. Apple TV, Roku, Google Chromecast, etc.

- Answer it is great for most work. I use mine for both photo editing and mechanical drawing with software's like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

- Answer This monitor is VESA mount compliant and will fit any monitor mount/stand that is VESA compliant. I have two of these mounted to a dual monitor bolt on stand on my desk from VIVO, for example.

QuestionPurchased two of these monitors recently for side by side viewing. One has a red line that runs from the top halfway down the monitor. I have looked at troubleshooting options online but nothing has worked. Any suggestions other than return the monitor?

- Answer This is most likely a bad board on the monitor. I would get it replaced as it is most likely a defect of the hardware.

- Answer A monitor is a display, it does not directly interface with applications, it only displays what the computer provides for it to display therefore there is no compatibility relations between programs and displays, However if you are asking if it is a decent monitor to perform CAD/BIM work on I would say yes, however you may want to invest in a higher resolution display for a program of that nature.
