This dock is a plug and play device for the compatible Dell system. If used with other brands, the drivers might be required. The essential drivers for this docking station are available on Dell support page.

Please try again later.I've purchased two to the Dell D3100 docking stations and they worked straight out of the box without any need for driver downloads and have worked perfectly since. Kept the information though in case need to update driver/firmware at a later time. Using on HP Spectre & HP Envy laptops, both with dual monitors, and have been an improvement over the cheaper docking stations they replaced - well worth it.
