• Yes, this dock will work with Apple iPad 2020 with a USB-C connector. The integrated USB cable is 12 cm long.

• I can't answer the part about the model compatibility, although I don't know why you wouldn't be able to. The dock wire is only 6" long. It wraps around the bottom of the dock internally for storage. I didn't know this until I bought the dock, but it will only support 1 monitor (besides the laptop).
