No. There is no driver or program for the player to play through the car stereo and the stereo speakers. A portable CD player is needed; there are ones that will play through an aux port, USB port and Bluetooth in the car. The USB port in the car must be capable of transmitting data not be just a charging USB port. Some of these players that use an aux port may need power from a USB port (then power-only USB is okay). There are many that use an aux port that use batteries or are rechargeable. Some of the rechargeable players can't charge while the USB supplies power. I have not found one of these players that have a slot for the CD; the lid lifts up. There are many out there. There are Portable CD Players for Factory Stereo. These play through the car stereo and have a slot in the player as does a CD player that comes built-in with a car. These cost about $200 on the low end and most are close to $300 and over $300. These CD players for Factory Stereo are car specific in many cases; so, they may not work in another make or model or year. Check the length of the cables for either type of player to ensure that the player can be located where desired. I know I provided much more information than necessary to answer your question but it may be quite helpful in shopping for a CD player.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It comes with a regular USB cord. One side is put into the DVD player device (this is the small end of the cord) and the other side is the regular size USB connector which goes into any USB port like my Dell laptop. However, The USB connector on the DVD player would plug into a USB entry slot on YOUR device in the car, just like it plugs into the entry slot on my laptop. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't tried that but I'm pretty sure that's a no.
