• Laptop batteries seem to only have 2-3 hours charge before needing to be recharged regardless of brand. For work more than that they should be plugged into an outlet. I was told for use over 2 hours plug it in if can and use. If battery is dying within an hour or less, I'd take it back as it may be a defective computer.
