• You can charge through USB C (thunderbolt), but you need enough power. I used a dell dock for a tablet I have and it didn't charge.

• Dell has not recommended any specific docking station for this laptop. The docking stations with the USB type C connectivity would work with this laptop. The charging feature depends on the specifications of the docking station used.
