How many RAM can i add? can i? null

I haven't verified the max RAM myself, but Dell's answer is way off (or they know something that contradicts their own published specs). They say the RAM is LPDDR (which could not be soldered), but the listing says it is DDR. Since that part of their reply is way off base, it is difficult to trust the remainder.

I believe it can handle up to 32Gb (2x16gb)

The RAM on the Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 with the AMD Ryzen 7 processor is not upgradable. It is not soldered, but 16GB is the max. This model comes with 16 GB of LPDDR4X RAM that cannot be replaced or expanded.
