Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it comes with Windows 11 Home S-Mode, For retail purposes at Bestbuy there is also Windows 11 Home. Windows 11 Home S-Mode only allows applications from Microsoft store to be installed. If like to insall apps that are not found or listed in MS store you will need to remove the S-Mode feature. Go to your Microsoft Store app and type in S-Mode and it will populate to remove Swith out of S-mode and select this option to remove S-Mode which is free of charge. The computer has some indictions of Microsoft Office but this is an application you will need to purchase either at the store or straight from MIcrosoft website. There is Home version or Business version if need a Email client software like Outlook.
