A:AnswerI also had this issue with mine, so I exchanged it for another and had the same issue so I returned it. I didn't notice it until I started copying files from my old laptop and also when downloading games from Steam.
A:AnswerContact dell customer service and ask them if there is a dell service centre at your country or state or look in dell website. Normal all the laptops come with world wide warranty.
A:AnswerThe only difference between this one is the processor and the webcam. This has the newest 5th Gen I7 processor and a 720 Hd webcam, while the other one you linked has the older 4th Gen I7 and a simple 1.3 mp Webcam. I hope that clears up your confusion. :)
A:Answer; The way turbo boost works is by taking the normal speed of the processor (3.0 ghz) and throttling it down in order to save battery life. In other words 3.0 is the normal state of the broadwell 5500U but the 2.4 or 2.6 ghz is where the cpu gets the best efficiency. Mine has never clocked higher than about 2.95 so they obviously rounded up when they got that figure.
