How long is the battery life for this laptop? null

I bought this laptop; battery life is ok. Expect 7-8 hours on normal use i.e. web browsing, Microsoft Office. Dies in about 4.5 hours with video.

It'd be great if Dell would give us an answer... even if it is a range. @Dell rep, what do you say?
