A:Answer1. Stick dongle that came with wireless keyboard and mouse into USB port on your computer (my mouse and keyboard are on same dongle)
Now when I did that - the mouse and keyboard worked without having to do any of the other steps, but just in case:
2. Go to Settings menu (it looks like a little cog or clock gear)
3. Click on "Network and Internet"
4. Click on Airplane Mode and make sure "Wifi: is "on" under wireless devices
Hope that helps - if not, try googling your question!
A:AnswerIf it does not recognize the 5g then its not capable with the internal wireless card. You can get an external wireless but that is a unnecessary the 2.5 is fast enough for most things. Haven't had a problem at all with any type of streaming with my PC on 2.5
A:AnswerDid you find the dongle? It's the little part that plugs into a USB port and 'talks' to the keyboard? Usually it's in the keyboard, in a small compartment or it may be in the packaging that was around the keyboard. If you have that part plugged into a USB port and the keyboard still isn't working, your keyboard batteries may be bad or installed backwards. Hope this helps.
