How can I power it on?, I can't see any power button null

It's the small not labeled button in the upper right corner of the keyboard. Crappy design on Dell's end.

Push the fingerprint button, this powers it on. If that doesn't work, push and hold it for a few seconds.

This system comes with a hybrid key housing both the power button and the finger print reader. The key is present at the right top corner of the keyboard. Press to turn on the computer if it is turned off, in sleep state, or in hibernate state. Place your finger on the power button to log-in with the fingerprint reader.
