Yes! I just wrote my review about the Dell 5675 with the Ryzen 7 1800x. It has the same issue. Runs cards in as PCIe 3.0 at 8x. Nothing will run at 16x. I tried everything possible but this motherboard will not support the video card at x16. Google searches prove this to be true about a few high end Dell PC's. Very frustrating but not a real life performance hit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.@Electrolyte - neither slot RUNS at x16, designed/built as x8 only. Dell advertises slots as x16 but in this case that only means you can plug in an x16 card not that it will run at x16. I don't find that acceptable advertising.
