• Yes, there are vesa mounts on the back of the monitor. Have a couple of these mounted on my desk using a Vivo Dual LCD Monitor Desk Mount Stand.

• Yes. 100mm x 100mm, but it may be a Dell only holder. They currently have screws in them holding the back cover on. Take the monitor home and if it doesn't work just take it back. On Dells site they say it has them, I've looked at mine and there are screws in the holes.

• Yes, 100mm x 100mm. The screw holes are hidden behind the panel that's a part of the stand. Once you pop the stand off the monitor, screw holes are visible.
