- Answer No you can use a console as well, there are slots in the back for HDMI and the Display Port that PCs use.

QuestionDoes this monitor support downscaling from a 4k input? I'm looking to game on my PS5, I know other monitors support a 4k input and automatically downscale that to 1440p, is this capable of the same?

- Answer Nah chief, this one doesn't make the magic happen on its own. - Answer I'm pretty sure it would, i use Microsoft PowerToys though which I believe does what you are trying to do. You can customize where/how you want your display to break up windows/panels..

QuestionDoes this allow 1440p/144hz WITH Freesync (VRR) over HDMI? I know it will do 1440/144, but most monitors won't allow Freesync if it's an HDMI and at 1440/144. Can someone confirm this?

- Answer I know 100% it works at 1440 @120Hz via HDMI with FreeSync enabled but due to Xbox compatibility issues with HDR at 1440 you have to disable it along with 4K in the Xbox menu you may or may not need to it automatically did all this for me as soon as I hooked it up my son loves it

- Answer Dell does make a 32" but it costs around $5000 If your using it for gaming. Many experts will agree that 27" is the optimal. Many of your larger monitors do not have all the bells and whistles because the monitor is to large.

- Answer Sad to hear that. I have 2 of them and they are beautiful You should have returned it the day you opened it. If your monitor shows signs of abuse or damage they do not have to take it back. You may want to simply contact Dell. Their customer service is the stuff of legend. At least in my experience Did you purchase them while the holiday return period was in effect?

- Answer Don't count on it for at least another 3 months minimum. Just canceled my order from their actual site. Originally ordered middle of August, and was given multiple revised shipping dates. My next revised date was January.

- Answer I don't use this monitor for my switch, I used my TV, but yes you can do it and I have tried it. However, this monitor support a much higher resolution than your Switch can drive. I would recommend a 32" TV instead as you will get a larger screen for less money and not sacrifice performance.
